We at Refer Me Group have established a secure and hassle-free payment channel. Customers can use this payment channel to pay for our services.

A large portion of the services we offer fall into this category. Because of this, we do not offer any service reimbursements. Even though we cannot guarantee returns, we are willing to consider professional students’ cancellation requests. The professionals still have to show up for the class for which they have registered.

  • There are no refunds if you decide to cancel after registering and making a payment. However, if the payee sustains an excessive loss as a result of factual errors, numerous payments, erroneous denominations, or other improper payment deductions, Refer Me Group will issue reimbursements in rare cases.
  • Refund requests may be turned down for whatever reason we deem appropriate.
  • Only the credit card or account associated with the original method of payment may get refunds.
  • Cash or cheques are not accepted as forms of refund. You can only get refunds online.
  • Customer-paid extra expenses such as service fees, fees for processing, or bank fees for processing are not reimbursable.
  • We do not accept numerous return requests for the same order.
  • Multiple refund requests from customers will result in restricted accessibility to our website.
  • We don’t charge fees for refunds.
  • We shall not be held liable if the customer does not get our message as a consequence of incomplete or erroneous contact information.
  • Subscription cancellation requests made throughout sales or other marketing campaigns are not honored.
  • Customers must provide valid identification, including a valid invoice, in order to receive a refund.
  • It is impossible for us to promise or suggest that employing our services won’t lead to online data theft or unauthorized data usage, despite our best efforts to protect the safety of our payment method. A third-party payment operator is used by our online payment gateway.
  • Neither we nor the business that offers our payment service provider shall be held liable for any kind of harm—financial or otherwise—that the customer might suffer as a result of any delay, deformation, or loss of data transmission during payment.
